Objectives and competences
? Qualifying students for scientific study of integral management and governance with in-depth and systematic knowledge and evaluating of strategic management theories and models, process, instrumental and institutional dimensions of integral management and governance in different types of enterprises, qualifying students for scientific study of legal views on integral management and governance as well as the environmental and internal imact factors on integral management and governance.
? Qualifying students for scientific-research work in the integral management and governance discipline by understanding and evaluating of methodological approaches in integral management and governance discipline, with critical approach and evaluationof research cognitions, by developing capability of critial analysis of complex (also incomplete or contradictory) areas of knowledge as well as of synthesis of new cognitions in the integral management and governance discipline.
? Qualifying students for independent and group scientific-research work (also interdisciplinary), for development of comprehensive research plan and for usage of different sources of knowledge and information as well as for dissemination of new cognitions.

? Process dimension of integral management and governance (hierarchical levels, basic functions, process functions)
? Instrumental dimension of integral management and governance (values, principles, management styles and techniques, management methods)
? Institutional dimension of integral management and governance (structure and decision-making competences of management and owners, personal traits, competences, authority and motivation of management and owners)
? Particularities of process, instrumental and institutional dimensions of governance and management in different types of enterprises (family, small and medium sized ones, non-profit organizations)
? Legal views on integral management and governance (the role of management and conrol bodies in various types of enterprises and group of enterprises as well as their relations and relations to the other enterprise stakeholders
? The environmental and internal influental factors on integral management and governance (type, activity, size and special state of the enterprises and environment of their functioning, enterprise life cycle and enterprise special goals
? Particularities of integral management and governance of enterprises in special situations and orientations towards achieving special goals
