- Will become familiar and be able to use techniques of reflection through using research methods and case studies.
- Will experience the process of clinical supervision using theoretical models and evaluation.
- Be able to critically evaluated and to use theoretical models of supervision.

Conditions for supervision.
Supervision processes - similarities and differences with other forms of assistance (counseling, therapy, mentoring, consultations, intervision, metasupervision).
Developmental educational model of supervision.
Supervision in nursing care.
Models and types of supervision in nursing care.
Burden and stress of healthcare staff.
Ethics in supervision.
Supervision using information technology.
Evaluated research in clinical supervision.
