Objectives and competences
In this course students:
1. Get the basic grasp of organization and management,
2. Are familiarised with the applicability of different theories of organization and management,
3. Are familiarised with elements of organization and management and are aware of interdependence between them
4. Are familiarised with and grasp the basic concepts of organization and management
5. Learn to write, think and express themselves accurately in the field of organization and management
6. Acquire fundamental knowledge of organization and management,
7. Are familiarised with the importance of organization and management into business practice
8. Gain the ability to business practice.

Students:
1. Understand basic concepts of enterprise.
2. Learn to use (apply) theories of organization and management in solving business problems.

5. Are able to discuss ethical issues in relation to personal beliefs and values.
