In this course students:
1. Systematically enhance their theoretical knowledge in the field of public sector financiang and financial management and are able to apply it.
2. Gain the ability to apply their theoretical knowledge in complex practical problems in the field of public sector financing and financial management
3. Acquire in-depth approach to analysis of public sector financing and financial management problems and are able to critically evaluate it.
