Objectives and competences
Students will understand different aspects of HRM in international companies and will get in-depth knowledge about methods and techniques of planning, training, rewarding and evaluating of work in different cultural environment.
They could analyze various functions of international HRM, compare and identify the best practices on that areas.
They will be able to carry out research different models and aspects of international HRM, as well as to use informational resources and cooperate in groups.
Students will be able to prepare and to conduct research study on the areas of international HRM as case research or as field research.
