Content (Syllabus outline)

Basic legal terms of international, regional (EU) and national (Slovenian) legal system; Terms of commercial contract law (types of contracts, particularly sales of goods and other obligation questions); International private law (choice of law in the international contractual obligations (Rome Regulation); Unified international contract law (CISG, PECL, CECL); Dispute resolutionof business disputes (ADR); Meaning of corporate law (types of companies and other corporation questions in Slovenian and EU law (Societas Europea)).
