Content (Syllabus outline)

Economic fundamentals of Entrepreneurship, business demography and supporting environment; Entrepreneurial process; Lean Start-up and Customer Development Business Model Generation; Searching, recognizing and evaluating of business opportunities; Acquisition of resources for exploitation of opportunities; The growth phases of a firm, strategies and problems of individual growth phases of a firm; Different forms of Entrepreneurship: intrapreneurship, family entrepreneurship, high-tech entrepreneurship, franchising.
