Introduction in Corporate finance and financial management; Risk and Return, Time Value of Money and Cost of Capital; Financial Statement Analysis, Cash Flow, Bond, Equity and Firm Valuation; Investment in long term assets, Capital Budgeting, Project Valuation, NPV, IRR and other Investment Rules; Long-term Financing, Financing decisions and Capital Structure, Equity vs. Debtand Dividend Policy; Short-term Finance, Financial Planning and Working Capital Management; Special Topics in CF(M&A, Risk management, Financial Distress, Derivatives and International Finance).
