Students understand the content and methodology of organization design. They are trained to design the organization in business practice.

- Definition of modern approaches to organizational design
- EU and Slovenian experiences designing organizations
- Concept of analyddid of origins for organizational design

- Organizational concepts for designing organizations

Intended learning outcomes - knowledge and understanding
1. The student knows and understands a wide range of methods, techniques and models of organizational design (PILO 1a).
2. The student has a in-depth and systematic understanding of organizational design. Can use various organizational theories to create organizational models. (FILE 2a).
3. The student is able to solve various problem situations related to the peculiarities of organizational models (PILO 3a).
4. The student can explain certain organizational solutions (PILO 3b).
5. The student is able to ensure teamwork when creating organizational models (PILO 3c).
6. The student demonstrates independence in designing and implementing organizational solutions in entrepreneurial practice (PILO 4a).
7. The student is able to judge organizational solutions from an ethical and professional perspective (PILO 4c).
