Objectives and competences

This course is designed to familiarize the students with various research methods and their implementation in decision making. Transferable/Key Skills and other attributes: The student will obtain the following skills: ? to define the problem, ? to plan the research for the problem solving, ? to conduct the research, and ? to apply the results obtained in problem solving.

Intended learning outcomes - knowledge and understanding

Knowledge and Understanding: At the conclusion of the course students should be able (a) to understand and utilize the research process and (b) to exhibit the skills for designing a research study, data collection and analysis, and presenting research results.
