Objectives and competences

- presentation of current strategic - national and global - changes which have influence on forming companies strategy and their projects - presentation of different processes of forming visions, missions, strategies and projects - acquaintance with methods of strategy start-up preparations and models of project oriented strategic implementations - acquaintance with ways and methods for preparation of project, financial and other plans - dissection of connection between project, strategic and general management at start up, execution and leading of projects in different organizational environments - presentation of necessary organizational and processes solutions in project oriented strategic management

Content (Syllabus outline)

- present problems in forming strategic inputs for projects - strategic management, forming and executing strategies - strategy start-up - connectedness of strategic and project management - strategic project plans, strategic financial plans and strategic project plans of assuring performing resources - organizational solutions of project oriented strategic management - project oriented strategic management in project oriented organizations - project oriented strategic management for carrying out national development

- classical lecturing, - treating up-to-date study and concrete practical cases - active team work.

Knowledge and Understanding: - to assure realization of strategic and other goals - knowledge of development consepts - searching for programme and project solutions and gaining knowledge in accordance with international structure of knowledge ICB in SZPM.

Transferable/Key Skills and other attributes: - ability to work in team - strategic thinking - use of knowledge for shaping strategic, programme and project solutions - developed sense for cultural environment in witch the project is appearing - ability to connect technical, economical, organisational and other knowledge (interdisciplinary)
