- presentation of current strategic - national and global - changes which have influence on forming companies strategy and their projects
- presentation of different processes of forming visions, missions, strategies and projects
- acquaintance with methods of strategy start-up preparations and models of project oriented strategic implementations
- acquaintance with ways and methods for preparation of project, financial and other plans
- dissection of connection between project, strategic and general management at start up, execution and leading of projects in different organizational environments
- presentation of necessary organizational and processes solutions in project oriented strategic management
