Objectives and competences
1. Get the basic conception and institutes of the Law in the national legal system.
2. Are familiarised with elements of property, obligation and corporation law and are aware of interdependence between them.
3. Are familiarised with and grasp the basic concepts of the court jurisdiction and the alternative dispute resolution.
4. Acquire fundamental knowledge of the securities and of the European Law.
5. Are familiarised with the importance of the affects of legal rules.
Content (Syllabus outline)
Within the business law we deal with basics legal terms of national and eu legal system. First part deals with the meaning of corporate law (types of companies and other corporation questions) and the second part deals with the terms of commercial contract law (types of contracts and other obligation questions). Within business law we deals also with types of securities.

- Two midterm e-colloquiums (2x50%) (written seminar work, successfully represented can compensate one negative colloquium with 50%).
