Objectives and competences
In this course students:
1. Enhance their theoretical knowledge in the field of the European Law.
2. Gain the ability to apply their theoretical knowledge in practical cases (the awards) of the Court of Justice of the EU.
3. Acquire approach to analysis of some legal institutes of the European legal order.

The EU Law and The International Law (basics of International Business Law and International Private Law)

Historical development of the EU,
Characteristic and organization of the EU,
Effects of the EU Law,
Sources of the EU Law, Institutions of the EU,
