Objectives and competences
In this course students:
1. Enhance their theoretical knowledge in the field of project management and are able to apply it.
2. Gain the ability to apply their theoretical knowledge about project management in practice in the multiproject environment and different cases of multiproject business operations.
3. Acquire analytical approach to analysing specialities of multiproject environments and organizations.
4. Acquire advanced knowledge of basic theoretical approaches in the field of project management with its application in multiproject environment.

- Organization of multiple projects business
- Basis about economics in multiple projects business
- Cases of multiple projects business from organizations from civil, mechanical, R&D, engineering, counseling, and similar fields and from public administration

Development of knowledge and understanding:
Students:
1. Acquire specific knowledge in the field of project preparation and project economics in multiproject environment.
2. Have a detailed knowledge of theories in the field of preparation, organization and leading projects implementation in multiproject environment.
3. Learn to recognise interconnections between different types of projects and form and optimise projects portfolio.
4. Develop the skills to interpret the gained results in the field of projects portfolio.
5. Learn how to analyse and synthesise different organizational solutions in multiproject environment and models of projects portfolio formation.
6. Are able to pursue further analysis regarding management of programmes and projects.
7. Are qualified to control and supervise the projects portfolio implementation.
8. Can demonstrate awareness of wider social and environmental ethical issues arising from implementation of many projects and their results.
