Objectives and competences
The aim of this subject is to
• introduce the students fundamentals of project management, especially the role of a project leader
• introduce the students important methods of project management
• enable the students the insight into the work of project groups
• enable students to use and analyse basic techniques of project work
Content (Syllabus outline)
• Basic concepts of project work - project definition, the aims, phases, tasks and recommended qualities of a project manager,
• Significant factors in project organisation,
• Characteristic project phases – planning, realization and finishing,
connecting single project phases into the whole
