Objectives and competences
Aims of the subject are:
• acquainting students with basic moderation terms and a moderator's specific role
• acquainting students with metaplan-technique
• qualifying students for the usage of basic moderation techniques
• qualifying students for conduction, analyse and intervention in group processes
Content (Syllabus outline)
The following contents are covered:
• basic moderation terms as a form group work conduction
• moderator's functions and tasks as the main factor for moderation success
• main stages of moderation process
• introduction of various moderation methods (verbal and non-verbal)
• metaplan – techniques (metaplan-method)
• documentation of moderation process and results
