Intended learning outcomes - knowledge and understanding
On completion of this course the student will be able to:
• demonstrate knowledge and understanding of basic theoretical and practical concepts in various sports disciplines
• apply the acquired knowledge for regular sports recreation
• show ability for planning sports activities and for enhancing sports abilities
• analyze and evaluate your own fitness
• demonstrate knowledge of sport activity for health and quality of life
• apply digital technology and artificial intelligence in sports.
