Objectives and competences
Use of calculation of inner forces and deflections in statically determinate and statical indeterminate structures. Apply structural analysis of simple structures using computer programme.
Content (Syllabus outline)
Introduction, definitions and basic concepts of structural analysis, structural analysisi of statically determinate structures, kinematics of structures, deflections, stiffness and flexibility, the Force method, the displacement and stiffness methods, basics of the computer programme for the structural analysis.

Classical lectures, auditorium exercises, use of computer programme for structural analysis
