Objectives and competences

Students will: - be able to identify individual types of cableways, - be able to describe the operation of individual subsystems of cableways, - know the basics of operation, maintenance and rescue.

Content (Syllabus outline)

Learning and teaching methods

Lectures and exercises are foreseen, where theoretically gained knowledge strengthens on concrete instances. Students in frame of exercises finish also seminar paper, that he comprises fieldwork and analysis of concrete realistic example.

Intended learning outcomes - knowledge and understanding

Students will be able to: - list different types of cableways - describe the operation of individual subsystems of cableways, - explain the basics of operation, maintenance and rescue.

Intended learning outcomes - transferable/key skills and other attributes

Gained knowledge and skills use for gain additional professional qualifications for operating with cableway devices.
