Objectives and competences
The objective of this class is to recognize the significance of computer, information and communication technologies in the field of agriculture, with an emphasis on microcontroller circuits and programming.

Knowledge and Understanding:
Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to:
• describe the importance of using computer systems in agriculture,
• explain the operation of computer equipment,
• assess the requirements for the use of the computerized system in agriculture,
• and apply the acquired knowledge in the design and development of computerized information systems in agriculture.
