Learning and teaching methods
The course will consist of lectures, seminars, discussions, individual projects, individual work, as well as individual consultations with the instructors.
Intended learning outcomes - knowledge and understanding
• The course is designed to provide a survey of major theoretical concepts and the latest research findings in HRM.
• The course enables students to acquire the skills for planning and implementing research in the area of HRM. It enables them to follow-up and to evaluate research findings in this area.
