Objectives and competences

The student will: 1. Know the basics of human resource management 2. Be able to determine the levels and areas of personnel management 3. Understand the methodology of studying the elements of personnel management 4. Understand the role of personnel management in the business organizational system 5. Undestand the management system for the effectiveness of personnel management and its connection with the organization's strategy
