Knowledge and understanding
At the end of this course, students will be able to:
• design and develop of an appropriate quality management system,
• analyze quality assurance processes in organizations,

• use different tools and techniques (SPC, PDCA) of quality engineeringto make decisions on basis of quality costs,

• explain and analyze different quality management frameworks,
• develop quality audit plan according to the scope of quality management system.
