Intended learning outcomes - knowledge and understanding
After successful completion of the course the student will be able to:
• define the office business
• define an office product
• sort and describe the elements of the office process
• choose the appropriate communication channel
• indicate the appropriate size of office space and appropriate equipment
• foresee the necessary office machinery and appliances
• describe the various forms of teleworking
• discuss the possibility of working remotely
• state the benefits of using electronic document management systems
