Objectives and competences

The student will: • know the basic terms in the field of psychology, • be familiar with psychological topics related to organizational theories, • know and understand theories and modern scientific findings related to mental phenomena, behavior, motivation and personality, • understand and be aware of effective time and conflict management, • know team leadership skills related to the psychology of leadership in organizations, • know the basics of stress management and management, and • learn about psychological topics that are important in the management of organizations. Competences: Understanding of basic concepts in the field of psychology. Ability to effectively organize time, resolve conflicts, organize teamwork. Ability to cope with stress. Ability to interdisciplinary link knowledge of psychology and organizational sciences.

Intended learning outcomes - transferable/key skills and other attributes

At the end of the course, students will: - explain the basic concepts of psychology, - describe different motivational theories, - describe strategies for coping with stress, - describe strategies in conflict management, - explain different styles of team management, their characteristics, advantages and disadvantages.
