Objectives and competences

The student will: • understand HR function planning • achieve an in-depth understanding of work-life balance • develop the ability to analyse family friendly policies and practices within the organization • develop the ability to analyse and define the impact of the individual on the work-life balance • develop leadership skills in favour of work-life balance • achieve an in-depth understanding of the legislative framework of work-life balance • develop the ability to analyse and define the benefits of work-life balance for the organization and the individual • understanding digital management Transferable/Key Skills and other attributes: • Distinguishing HR function planning for work-life balance • Analysis of work-life balance policies and practices • Key leadership and HRM skills for work-life balance

Knowledge and understanding of: At the end of the course students will be able to: • Describe the basic concepts of work-life balance • HR planning for the organization and balance of work and private life • Distinguish the factors influencing the work-life balance at the level of the individual, organization and state • Knowledge of the positive and negative consequences of work-life balance
