Objectives and competences

The student will: 1. achieved in-depth planning of personnel and management activities in the company 2. achieved a deep understanding of organizational behavior 3. developed the ability to analyze the behavior of individuals and groups in the organization 4. achieved a deep understanding of the organizational culture and climate in the organization 5. able to evaluate the factors that influence the behavior of people in the organization, with special emphasis on those that can be influenced by management 6. developed the ability to lead in favor of positive organizational behavior 7. developed the ability to recognize, understand and solve problems related to people in the organization

1. Understanding and defining organizational behavior 2. Managing employee diversity (personality, values, attitudes) 3. Attitudes and behavior of individuals in the organization 4. Group behavior 5. Interpersonal communication, conflict resolution and negotiation 6. The impact of work-life conflict on organizational behavior 7. Organizational culture and climate 8. Leadership and organizational behavior 9. Designing a motivating work environment 10. Managing stress and emotions 11. Change and organizational behavior

Intended learning outcomes - knowledge and understanding

After successful completition of the course the student will be able to: • state and describe the basic of human-behaviour-relevant concepts of management, psychology, sociology, social psychology, political sciences and anthropology; • differentiate the factors influencing the behavior of individuals and groups in the organization • use the basic analytical, problem solving and people-skills (working with individuals and groups in organizations).
