6. Soft Systems methodology approach to development and implementation of HRSI
7. Key concepts in HRIS data bases (Database Management Systems, Key conecpts in relational DB, Basics on data modelling, HR data)
8. Contemporary systems for data management and analytics
9. Project of development / remodeling of HRIS (HRIS requirements analysis, ROI, Cost-Benefit Analysis, The role of HRM in HRIS development)
10. HRIS implementation
11. Review of HRIS solutions
12. Legal and ethical questions in HRIS
13. Future and trends in HRIS development
Learning and teaching methods
Lectures, problem solving, case studies, practical work on the PCs and internet, oral presentations of the seminal work.

After completing the course the students will be able to:
• identify key elements of HRMIS;
• independently use methods and tools of soft systems methodology;
• work in a HRMIS developement / reingeeneering team;
• plan and develop digitalization of HRM process;
• address the problems of privacy and security of data.
