Objectives and competences
Student is going to:
• understand key theoretical concepts and models of organizational behavior.
• know how to analyze and evaluate the impact of individual and group factors on the functioning of organizations.
• achieve an in-depth understanding and analysis of the behavior of people in the organization and their impact on the organization's performance.
• develop skills for effective leadership, communication and conflict resolution in an organizational environment.
• achieve the ability to develop effective management strategies that promote motivation, cooperation and productivity of employees in the organization.
• understand the importance of establishing and maintaining positive interpersonal relationships within the organizational environment.

Knowledge and understanding:
After successful completion of the course, the student will be able to:
• To define organizational behavior and related HR planning
• Distinguish between individual and group factors affecting the functioning of organizations.
• Describe the behavior of people in the organization and their impact on the organization's performance.
• Plan personnel activities in connection with organizational behavior
• Apply basic analytical skills, problem solving skills and skills for working with people (individuals and groups in organizations).
• Apply key management and staffing skills that promote motivation, cooperation and productivity of employees in the organization.
