At the end of this course, students will be able to:
• interpret the criteria for the purpose and goal of quality systems;
• develop a solid foundation for a quality management system in an organization;
• develop a quality audit plan according to the scope and objective of QMS
• compare various continuous improvement and excellence concepts;
• identify and apply problem-solving techniques and tools in the field of quality.
