Objectives:
1. students will be able to define the concept of work and understand its importance ,
2. students will understand the importance of career guidance ,
3. students will understand the structure of the labor market and be able to solve problems in the field of employment ,
4. students will be able to identify the individual and social dimensions of unemployment ,
5. students will understand the impact of the economy, politics, society, technology, organization, strategy, culture and staff on employment .

• students will be able to explain the importance of career guidance,
• students will be able to identify problems in the labor market,
• students will be able to link the functioning of the labor market and the dimensions of unemployment,
• students will be able to link micro and macro environments with employment,
• students will be able to analyze and interpret labor market data,
• students will be able to formulate a proposal for solving problems in the labor market in terms of unemployment and employment.

ability to recognize the basic characteristics and laws related to labour market,
