Objectives and competences

The student will: • Learn the basic concepts of labour analysis. • Understand the importance and role of work systematisation in the enterprise. • Understand the methods of measuring competences. • Understand the importance of evaluating work in the enterprise. • Understand the importance of performance evaluation. • Understand the importance of motivation and job satisfaction.
