Student will:
1. achieve theoretical and methodological knowledge in the field of project management
2. understand of how to integrate projects into business systems
3. understand the relationships between different groups of stakeholders in the project
4. know how to independently use methods and techniques that enable the management of the project
5. achieve the ability of understand and using tools which support project management

Applicative part:
- preparing of idea, concept and plan of project with use of computer tools for project work support

Knowledge and understanding:
At the end of the course, students will be able to:
• identify differences between projects and other business processes
• classify projects of different types according to their characteristics and special features
• apply the knowledge needed to participate in project teams
• apply the knowledge needed to organize project work in a company or institution
• lead different types of projects
• participate in project governance in a company or institution
