At the end of this course, students will be able to:
• scan and search the organisational environment to identify signals about potential innovations;
• compare and select of tools of innovation management to map and measure innovative activities;
• define and explain key steps involved in the implementation of the innovation process;
• compare and interpret innovation system management elements;
• identify and develop a plan of action in the field of innovation management
• develop and applyinnovation excellence audit methodologies.
