Objectives and competences
Student is going to:
• know the characteristics of adult education,
• know the methods of education research,
• know to establish educational needs,
• understand the educational process,
• know the organization of pedagogical-andragogical science-research work.

• the role of andragogy,
• basic terms of learning, education and training,
• systems, models and processes of education and training,
• analysing training needs,
• Analysing training need on operational level,
• designing and developing of the training program,
• evaluation of education and training,
• training in organizational circumstances.

• solving e-tasks.

After successful completion of the course, the student will be able to:
• know the important theoretical concepts of education and training,
• understand the methods for education research,
• understand the methods for training research,
• know the models and the process of education,
• know the models and the process of training,
• know how to form the training program,
• know how to evaluate education,
• know how to evaluate the training.

- the use of training methods and techniques and adult education
- the use of newly gained knowledge for the needs of Slovene economy, control of planning methods in education

seminar paper (30%)
Note:
written examination can be substituted with 2 half term exams/colloquiums (35 % each).) 2 half term exams/colloquiums must be positively assessed (the student must achieve at least 51%).
