After successful completion of the course, the student will be able to: • identify / set goals according to the S.M.A.R.T. method • analyse the elements that influence the goals achievement • explain the importance of appropriate time allocation • select the appropriate communication channel • listen in depth • make good decisions • choose appropriate negotiation tactics • assess a difficult situation
