Student is going to: • Understand the human resources (HR) development system • Understand the importance of education system in organizations • Understand the importance of monitoring work performance • Understand regular annual interviews • Know how to develop HR development instruments to monitor work performance and regular annual interviews • Understand the operation of the database to support staff development

Intended learning outcomes - knowledge and understanding

After successful completion of the course, the student will be able to: • identify the basic elements of human resources development • describe the basic levels of educational activity in an organization • identify differentiated educational needs • highlight the differences between internal and external education • develop an education plan for the organization • develop an instrument for monitoring work performance • compose the documentation required to conduct regular annual interviews • build a basic database to monitor human resources development

Intended learning outcomes - transferable/key skills and other attributes

- Ability of developing basic instruments for collecting general employee data and job analysis information, employee performance appraisal and development plan. - Working with data bases
