After successful completion of the course, the student will be able to:
• identify the basic elements of human resources development
• describe the basic levels of educational activity in an organization
• identify differentiated educational needs
• highlight the differences between internal and external education
• develop an education plan for the organization
• develop an instrument for monitoring work performance
• compose the documentation required to conduct regular annual interviews
• build a basic database to monitor human resources development
