Objectives and competences

1. Student understands the functions of the main physiological characteristics. 2. Student knows and understands the methods 2. for physical work assessment. 3. Student understands the basis of rehabilitation medicine. 4. Student is acquainted with the methods of work in rehabilitation. 5. Sudent recognize the importance of occupational rehabilitation. 6. Student recognize the principles of working capability assessment. 7. Student recognize the principles of working place assessment. 8. Student acquires knowledge for carrying out the design of an engineering working environment.

Knowledge and Understanding: • Knowledge of major anatomical and physiological determinants of human movement and performance. • Knowledge of critical analyses of human physical and psychical activity. • Recognizing needs of occupational rehabilitation. • Have an understanding of manufacturing processes and construction methods for work physiology. • To be master of working capability assessment methods.
