Objectives:
1. students will be familiar with the characteristics of the global labour market,
2. students will be aware of the importance of career guidance,
3. students will be familiar with the situation on the European labour market,
4. students will understand the individual and social dimensions of the EU labour market,
5. students will understand the impact of changes in the field of employment.

Knowledge and Understanding:
• students will be able to describe the characteristics of the European labour market,
• students will be able to understand the issues of employment and unemployment in the EU, students will be able to understand the impact of change on employment,
• students will be able to analyze and interpret labour market data,
• students will be able to identify and formulate problematic situations in the labour market,
• students will be able to think critically and analytically in the context of the European labour market,
• students will be able to propose solutions to complex problems in the labour market.
