Intended learning outcomes - knowledge and understanding
Knowledge and Understanding:
After completing the course the students will be able to:
• Define integral IS and data handling;
• Plan elements of MIS for pursuing organizational goals in HRM;
• Define organizational problems, connected to HRM, using appropriate methods and tools;
• Define solutions to organizational problems, connected to HRM, using appropriate digital technologies.
• Use MIS for planning and conducting personnel policy and tracking strategic goals.
