Objectives and competences

Student will: • Understand the role of integral IS on business; • Understand data structure, elements and connections in HRMIS; • Independently use IS for querying, information analysis and reporting; • Independently use IS for planning and controlling human resources strategies mapped to organizational goals; • Understand the roles of HRM in digital transformation of an organization.

IS Architecture and IS integration through management levels and functions 5. HRMIS 6. Digital transformation of HR 7. Intended learning outcomes - knowledge and understanding

Knowledge and Understanding: After completing the course the students will be able to: • Define integral IS and data handling; • Plan elements of MIS for pursuing organizational goals in HRM; • Define organizational problems, connected to HRM, using appropriate methods and tools; • Define solutions to organizational problems, connected to HRM, using appropriate digital technologies. • Use IS for planning and conducting personnel policy and tracking strategic goals.
