Knowledge and understanding
At the end of the course, a student will be able to:
• to use methods and techniques of HR management in organizations
• distinguish between the various aspects of human resource management in normal and crisis situations;
• categorize the basic functions of HR management
• design the role of personnel in the workplace in the case of crises
• define the role of personnel in the crisis management process
