Objectives and competences

Student is going to: - know the basics of human resource management - know the strategic role of HR management in organizations - know the basic methods of crisis management - understand the role of human resources in crises - develop an understanding of crises arising from digital and environmental factors and how to respond to them

Intended learning outcomes - knowledge and understanding

Knowledge and understanding At the end of the course, a student will be able to: • to use methods and techniques of HR management in organizations • distinguish between the various aspects of human resource management in normal and crisis situations; • categorize the basic functions of HR management • design the role of personnel in the workplace in the case of crises • define the role of personnel in the crisis management process
