Objectives and competences

To provide theoretical knowledge about HRM. To qualify the student for the preparation, implementation and evaluation of the content of HR functions. Ensure that students acquire practical experience in the field of HRM. The student will: - know (be able to list) the European Union documents that have been adopted to improve citizens' digital competences. - know the DigCompEd digital competences content sets for educators - know the DigCompEd definitions of digital competence levels for educators. - understand the methods of measuring digital competence levels according to DigiCompEd - understand the relationship between the formal, non-formal and hidden curriculum and the level of digital competences achieved - be able to add the attributes of the hidden curriculum to the course itself in such a way that the level of at least one digital competence content according to DigiCompEd improves by at least one level.

On successful completition of this course student should be able to: - Define the HR function - Analyze work - Formulate jobs - Identify needs for human resources - Create a plan of human resources - Organize attracting staff - Organize selection procedures - Set up a system of personnel development - Identify the elements of regular annual interviews - Organize education and training - Identify the motivational factors

COMPETENCES: At the end of this course, students will be able to: • lead and supervise a basis procedures of recruitment, selection and compensation. • ccooperate between other co-workers and between departments. • analyze human needs of employees. • create a strategy to improvement job satisfaction. • create a strategy to improvement work engagement. • organize a job activities of HRM department, related to remote workers.
