Objectives and competences

Course objectives are to: • explain the enterprise's business process and its management; • define project management and explain project financial management; • clarify the importance of an appropriate collecting, analyzing and managing information for the efficient and effective business decision-making of the enterprise and projects; • explain the assets management, income and profitability analysis, cash flow analysis of the enterprise and projects; • explain the financial accounting basics for the business decision-making within the enterprise and projects; • clarify the importance of different pricing models; • developing a business idea – using best practice. Competences: • understanding the business process management; • ability for apropriate project financial management; • ability to collect, analyze and manage information for the efficient and effective business decision-making of the enterprise and projects; • understanding the assets management, income and profitability analysis, cash flow analysis of the enterprise and projects; • action on results; • understanding different pricing models; • ability to create a business idea based on good practice.

Content (Syllabus outline)

The basic topics of this course are: • enterprise's business process and its management; • project management and project financial management; • collecting, analyzing and managing information for the efficient and effective business decision-making of the enterprise and projects; • assets management, income and profitability analysis, cash flow analysis of the enterprise and projects; • financial accounting basics for the business decision-making within the enterprise and projects; • pricing; • developing a business idea.
