Objectives and competences
Course objectives are to:
• explain the enterprise's business process and its management;
• define project management and explain project financial management;
• clarify the importance of an appropriate collecting, analyzing and managing information for the efficient and effective business decision-making of the enterprise and projects;
• explain the assets management, income and profitability analysis, cash flow analysis of the enterprise and projects;
• explain the financial accounting basics for the business decision-making within the enterprise and projects;
• clarify the importance of different pricing models;
• developing a business idea – using best practice.
Competences:

The basic topics of this course are:
