To enable students to understand and critically assess criminological and victimological theories as well as learn about the development of criminological and victimological thought.

Learning and teaching methods

- The course will consist of lectures, discussions, case studies, individual and group projects. The tutorials will be conducted with the students.

- Predmet študente seznani s pomembnejšimi teoretičnimi in praktičnimi koncepti kriminologije in viktimologije.

- Through case studies and exercises, the course enables students to develop skills for understanding crime and deviance as well as different kinds of victimization.
