Objectives and competences

Student will understand how to search for tenders and funding of projects. Student will be able to prepare a project application, manage the project, draw up and write scientific and financial reports.

• Basic concepts in acquisition, management and implementation of projects • Ways of searching national and international projects • Types of financing national and international projects • Incorporation in international networks and searching for partners • Team work in carrying out the projects • Project planning and preparation of project proposals • Running the projects • Project leader tasks • Tasks of project partners • Financial and time management • Preparing scientific and financial reports • Project results evaluation
