Objectives and competences
Students acquire knowledge of transport management, logistics and supply chains in health care. They learn how to:
• Manage logistics processes in all branches of health care.
• Manage and optimize the supply chain in health care.
• Identify the needs of healt care logistics in specific environments.
• Ensure conditions for the successful functioning of the health system and its supply.
• Find opportunities for improvements in logistics processes in health care.
• React to urgent or specific situations and ensure uninterrupted functioning of health care in emergency situations.
• Manage the art of systemic thinking.
• Manage the rules of Chaos Theory and Theory of Complexity.
• Manage the rules of isolation, quarantine and restriction of movement.
• Manage the logistic importance of Inelligence data – MEDINT.
