Objectives and competences
The objective of the course is for students to be able to demonstrate understanding of theoretical foundations of evaluating the quality of user experience, to be able to use the appropriate models for user experience evaluation, and to be able to use appropriate methods to analyze and evaluate user experience of information solutions and services.

On completion of this course the student will be able to

• Communication skills: writing a professional report, written expression in an exam.

Additional information on implementation and assessment The exam may be replaced by written midterm examinations in the weight of 50%.
