- Understanding of sustainable practices in tourism; -discussion, analysis, evaluation and awareness of sustainable practices through travel writing;
- Use of the MS Teams platform for writing blogs and (co)creating new knowledge;
Content (Syllabus outline)
- Activism in tourism teaching (climate change, sustainable practices, sustainable tourism);
-Travel writing in tourism;
-Blogging;
-Work package for the empowerment of Higher Education Students for blogging through a journaling training platform;
-New published content on a blogging platform recording both their experience of issues identified while travelling and the impacts of their blogging on the wider society;
-Reflecting behaviour of self and others;

-Understand and use the basics of travel writing;
-Evaluate sustainable practices in tourism; Analyze, evaluate and write about sustainable practices using the methods and techniques of travel writing;
