Objectives and competences
The course aims to familiarize students with citizen development and the citizen developer and present the development process of citizen developed applications achieving appropriate quality using low-code/no-code development platforms.

• Introduction to citizen development and the citizen developer skills: purpose, needs, and goals.
• The importance of citizen development in the context of digital transformation.
• Citizen developed applications within organizations and shadow IT: managing and leading citizen development.
• Technological support for citizen development.
• A low-code/no-code application development approach: from needs to system requirements.
• Low-code/no-code development tools and platforms
• Ensuring the quality of citizen developed applications using low-code/no-code development platform.
