  • A citizen of the Republic of Slovenia or other EU Member State.
  • A citizen of a non-EU Member State who, or whose parents or guardians (or at least one of them), am/is/are tax resident/-s of the Republic of Slovenia with permanent residence in the Republic of Slovenia at the time of the application.
  • A person granted international or temporary protection or an applicant for international or temporary protection.
